This can be achieved through involving them in decision making of the companies goals because realistic goals will be addressed. In the evaluation process, the company should reward the employees who do a superior job. This will help boost their morale hence working aggressively to achieve the goals of he company. An efficient evaluation process should not only consider the companys well being, but it should also consider the well being of employees.
